Welcome to Pantanha – Nature Houses & Spa. By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings and Payments

  • Reservations can be made through our website or by email at info@pantanha.com.

  • A valid credit card or deposit may be required to confirm the booking.

  • Full payment is due before or upon arrival, depending on the booking policy.

  • Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 17:00

  • Check-out: until 12:00

  • Late check-out may be available upon request (extra charges may apply).

3. Cancellations and No-shows

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival may be charged 50% of the total stay.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation value.

  • Special cancellation policies may apply for group bookings or retreats.

4. Pets

  • Pets are welcome with prior notice and a €15 per night fee.

  • Owners are responsible for any damage caused by pets during the stay.

5. Smoking and Noise

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins or spa.

  • Please respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

6. Liability

  • Pantanha is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property or furnishings during their stay.

7. Spa and Activities

  • Use of spa facilities is at guests’ own risk and subject to availability.

  • Certain activities or treatments may require advance booking.

  • Guests must inform staff of any health conditions relevant to spa treatments or physical activities.

8. Personal Data

We value your privacy. Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely to manage your reservation and improve your experience.

9. Force Majeure

Pantanha shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (such as natural disasters, government actions, or power failures).

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Viseu, Portugal.
